WSCM2020 Trade Expo - Secure Your Place to Exhibit

WSCM2020’s Trade Expo will be a key meeting place of the Symposium, attracting over 3,000 choral conductors, singers, composers, academics, managers and general enthusiasts from right across the globe. It is the perfect opportunity to showcase your products and services in a setting specifically aimed at the international choral music market.

The Expo will be open for the eight days of WSCM2020, from Saturday 11 to Saturday 18 July 2020.

Daily opening hours and booth set-up and pack-out times will be confirmed in 2020.

Where will the Expo be located? The Trade Expo will be located in the bustling hub of the Symposium’s main venue, the Aotea Centre – taking up all three Hunua Rooms on Level 1. Popular programmed events will take place around the Expo and the Aotea Centre in general, ensuring constant foot traffic from Symposium delegates.

Who should exhibit? Vendors who market educational and choral tools and any music-related goods or services, sheet music publishers, festival and competition organisers, travel companies, fundraising specialists and international choral bodies interested in exhibiting at WSCM2020.

Exhibitor pass includes the following:

  • Exhibitor access to the Trade Expo area
  • WSCM2020 songbook and printed programme
  • Stand-by access to the Symposium programme of seminars, workshops and masterclasses
  • Stand-by access to Symposium concerts

Additional Trade Expo passes can be requested closer to the Symposium, at no additional charge. Please note, access for all additional passes will be limited to the Trade Expo only, and not include access to the Symposium programme of seminars, workshops, masterclasses and concerts. 

Exhibitor Presentations...

Within the Symposium programme, we have a limited number of sessions available for exhibitors to offer a presentation for delegates and participants. This opportunity is included within the booth package price.

  • Exhibitors may request ONE 40-minute Exhibitor Presentation per booth purchased. Extended or extra sessions may become available, but only if time or space permits. 
  • Exhibitor Presentation will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Exhibitor Presentations will be listed within the Symposium website, app and programme book.
  • Scheduling will be determined by WSCM2020, with consideration given to the wider Symposium programme and any industry conflicts.
  • Exhibitors will need to cover all costs involved in staging their Exhibitor Presentation, including scores, pianist and/or demonstration choir.  
  • To register your interest in hosting an Exhibitor Presentation, check the box on the online Trade Expo registration form and we will provide further details in late 2019.
